Our strong track record continues for assisting emerging and talented Quantity Surveyors to new market adventures!

We are now representing several other consultancies that are wishing to hire Assistant level Quantity Surveyor to their businesses in C.London.

Our clients are all niche employers, independent cost consultancies, employing between 5-50 staff with a strong company identities and close-knit staffing cohorts to help develop and guide you through some crucial developmental years and re: APC. There’s notable pastoral support too that’ll raise your industry awareness and learning to navigate you through important decisions.

In the first instance, your role will principally support others on a number of projects across their businesses – working closely with Seniors, Associates and  /or Directors within project sectors ranging from commercial offices, high end residential, retail and higher education sectors.

Your role will include a multitude of traditional tasks from rudimentary pre & post contract administration duties (measurement, tender reviews, reporting, budget estimating etc) and other responsibilities such as controlling purchase orders, attending design and site meetings, inspections, compiling defects and assessing completions, assistance with project documentation (JCT).  Our clients’ current portfolios are diverse and offer a full range of contract administration duties as well as some Employers Agent & Project Management responsibilities.

Candidates wishing to apply must have eligibility to work in the UK (without restrictions), you must have completed an MSc or BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited) with a minimum of 12 months post-graduation experience within the industry. You must be at a stage of holding some independence with rudimentary Professional Quantity Surveying duties.

Other key personal criteria includes being personable, articulate and presentable. You will be given immediate opportunities re: client contact and management so you should be confident and robust in your ability to handle good levels of responsibility. Candidates should also have good, competent IT skills.

Salary guide is c£32,500 – 40,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits
