Assistant / Intermediate level Project Manager

Our client is a highly respected and expanding Surveying & Project Management consultancy, they’re ranked in the ‘fastest growing’ 100 consultancy firms and are seeking to appoint an budding Project Manager to be involved with a variety of CAT A & B office redevelopments, private residential projects, mixed use development scheme (to c£50m) & industrial buildings portfolio.

You will be working alongside an Associate Director in managing & coordinating the full delivery of projects through all construction phases.  They are seeking an enthusiastic & charismatic individual with a good project management consultancy background (attained preferably within the London area who will & can occupy a ‘hands on’ position and take on client responsibility and project autonomy. Candidates need to have either a Building Surveying or Project Management degree (RICS accredited) with minimum 2 or 3 years post degree experience. Candidates must be competent in managing projects to JCT forms of contracts.

Our client are offering an initial starting salary of circa £35,000 (depending on experience ) + excellent benefits including a very lucrative bonus scheme
